When I am a dad, I am going to make this for my kids as a snack. I blended a cup of homemade almond milk with a handful of frozen cherries, 3 soaked figs a little raw honey and a serving size scoop of (sugar free) chocolate organic whey protein powder from Tera's Whey

Not only was it a fix for my sweet tooth, this whey protein (for me) really gives me a lot of fuel. If I don't want to give my kids (or anyone else) whey protein, I would just use a scoop of raw cacao powder and a pinch of salt.
