Introduction to Cleansing and Support
On Saturdays, Eric-James will be at Cafe Gratitude Berkeley offering group health counseling to the community. Each week will have a new topic and some weeks will feature other holistic practitioners in the community (like a clinical herbalists, acupuncturists, integrative physicians, etc). Come get some support on your current health questions or come with an open mind to learn something new!

This class is for people who want to learn about safe and satisfying cleansing practices, or people who are starting or who have started a cleanse and want a space to get support.

Learn to cook in your own home in this hands on cooking coaching session. Sessions are tailored to your dietary needs or lifestyle. Want to incorporate macrobiotics into your kitchen?
